The annual meeting for the Foothill Park Homeowner's Association was held on Saturday May 18. The following items of business were discussed and voted on by those in attendance.
The pathway between the 320 North cul-de-sac and 1420 East project has been halted due to lack of funds. We currently have 50 out of 84 lots who have paid their dues. The remaining 34 lots have at least one year past due. The bids we have received for clearing out the pathway of weeds and trash, covering it with landscape fabric and gravel run in the ballpark of $3000. We had hoped to at least move forward with some part of the project. However, the funds in our account are currently enough to cover maintenance expenses on the retention basin and taxes and insurance, with nothing left for additional projects. Once we receive more payments of past due funds, we can move forward.
In the meantime, it was decided to have homeowners in the neighborhood work to clear out weeds and trash. We are scheduling this for the morning of Saturday June 1st. Homeowners are asked to come sometime between 8-11 am to help rid the area of the weeds that are currently taking over the pathway.
New members of the HOA board were added. The current members of the board are Christine W, Melanie B, and Brandon H.
